act 1: The Trial
A girl, named Brynn, is abandoned by society. While everyone sees her as dangerous, suicidal, autistic and schizophrenic, the only thing she tries to do is SURVIVE!!
Now she is facing the judges, the jury and her inner self! It’s the crossing that will determine the rest of her life…..

Nicole Verstappen
Brynn
Nicole is the former vocalist of the rock band Wicked Honey and current vocalist of the 80s Experience band Tiffany’s Breakfast. With Wicked Honey she recorded one album called “Don’t Feel like Talking” (live performance of “Falling Down” can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5yPwoX5oYg).
Nicole will play the role of Brynn, a girl who stands trial. She’s accused of several crimes during her youth and is abandoned by society. While everyone sees her as dangerous, suicidal, autistic and schizophrenic, the only thing she tries to do is SURVIVE!!
Bart van Lierop
Emlyn
Bart is the former frontman of the band Millers Inc and might also be known for his contributions to the Royal Music Night in Deurne (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qnqylLfFIUg), an event that is held every 2 years and attracts 1000’s of people to the center of Deurne. Next to his vocal skills, he is a born entertainer.
Bart will play the role of Emlyn. Emlyn is the friend of Brynn. He believes in the innocence of Brynn unconditionally. He is the spark of hope for Brynn, although she does realize this way too little.
René Janssen
Laywer & backings
René is the former frontman of the rockband Fools on Fuel, the partyband PD the Next and Rock d’Opera (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHy4jVtkeT4 at 1:55 & 2:53 minutes). Next to that he is also the drummer of Le Freak, Meuk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5DrdaHB76I ) and Why Not? (https://www.facebook.com/coverbandwaainot/videos/2281190462097144/)
René will play the role of the lawyer who is defending Brynn during the Trial. He is the one who must convince the jury that Brynn must be free to return to society. Next to that René will also sing a lot of the backing vocals on the album.
Noëlle van Bussel
Psychiatrist
Noëlle is one of the lead vocalists of partyband PD the Next (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tdhd6J40pA) and is the owner of Mylagro, where she gives vocal and musical lessons.
Noëlle will play the role of the psychiatrist who is finding out the mental health of Brynn. She must find out if Brynn has schizophrenia or is she suffering from mental violence when she was a child….
Josien Obers
backing vocals
At this moment Josien is one of the vocalists of the Vocalettes (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sV6R049IsYY...), PD the Next and the lead vocalist of October Moon (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rS0Xt0IBC5U). In the past Josien was one of the vocalist of Eleven’s Eve and she has also sung the backing vocals for several Jadis albums.
Together with Rene Josien will record all the backing vocals for the album. Next to that she gave me the right feedback for the vocal lines on the album.

Maikel van der Meer

The drummer is a well-known acquaintance: Maikel van der Meer, drummer of Ricocher. Next to Ricocher he also plays the drums the 80s experience coverband Tiffany’s Breakfast.
Niels Nijssen
Bas guitar
The bass lines will be played by Niels Nijssen!! He formerly was the bass player in Ricocher and Eleven’s Eve and is a guarantee for a super solid bass!!
John Rovers

John has played the guitarparts on several projects of Joss Mennen. He also wrote songs and plays the guitar for the progmetal band Prog Fear. They released their album I Scream which can be found on spotify:
John van Heugten
Keyboards
John plays all the keyboard parts on the album. Next to that he wrote all the music and lyrics for the Millennium Trilogy Project.
Marcel van der Loo

Marcel plays the saxophone on the track “My Guide”. He also is the saxophone player of the band PD the Next.
Storyline
SCENE 1: THE TRIAL
1. Why Me?
Still some moments to go, before the lawsuit against Brynn starts. What will her life looks like after the trial?
2. Falling Down
The judges and jury are entering the court. Brynn assumes that the jury will find her guilty. She’s building a wall around her, to protect her. Emlyn is listinging to the accusers.
SCENE II: FAMILY BUSINESS
3. Atrocity
The lawyers are talking about the assault Bryn commited on her father. Brynn mind goes back to hear childhood years. She remembers how her mother was beaten a lot every time her father came home drunk. Every night there was the tension if it would be better than the night before.
Brynn regularly tried to avoid the fights with less and less impact. And after some time her father starts to beat her as well. Several times she told people around her about the family business, but no one seems to believe her. They all think she’s just a strange girl in need of some attention.
4. Catch Me
Brynn is tired of the fights and the abuse and decides it’s time for some action. She plans a way to assassinate her father.
SCENE III: IMPRISONMENT
5. Relax
The psychiatrist tries to find out how much Brynn had to suffer in her youth.
6. Close your Eyes
During her treatment they will try to return to Brynn’s years at the yought psychiatrist.By hypnosis, the psychiatrist tries to go back to those years and find out what happened.
7. Inside of You
During the trial, the psychiatrist declares that Brynn should return to society. The psychiatrist says Brynn build a wall around herself to protect herself. She needs to break down this wall to be able to function normally
SCENE IV: THE VERDICT
8. Ashes of my Heart
Brynn is talking during the trial.
9. Keep on Dreaming
Emlyn tells Brynn about the feelings he has for her. He tells her that he hopes that she will be able to show him her feelings. Firstly she only freezes when she hears what he says. Because of this Emlyn is asking himself if he did the right thing.
10. Theater of Thoughts
It’s time for the verdict. The psychiatrist and the lawyer are pointing out why they think she should return to society. Brynn fears the verdict: should she go back to prison, or will she be free? Emlyn tellsBrynn that he’s sure that she will be free again. Finally the jury’s verdict is given: release her from her chains!
SCENE V: THE FUTURE
11. My Guide
Brynn is talking to Emlyn. She shows her feelings for him. She hopes he will be her guide for the rest of her life. Emlyn tells her that it’s normal to be insecure now and then and promise her to be her guide.
